We charge a monthly rate that is less than what you would be paying a front office personnel. HOW OFTEN ARE MY CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS WORKED ON?

This person is responsible for submitting claims, verifying insurance benefits, overturning non-paid claims and working on all outstanding insurance reports. Your account manager will send a variety of daily, weekly and monthly reports to give you constant status updates on where your claims stand.

WHAT IS A ‘CLEAN CLAIM’?

A ‘Clean Claim’ is defined as a dental insurance claim that is 100% accurate. This means the insurance and patient information is correct, all coding and electronic attachments are accurate. 25% of insurance claims are submitted without correct coding and electronic attachments. WILL YOU BE CONTACTING OUR PATIENTS?

You and your staff have worked hard to build trust and rapport with your patients. Because we understand the importance of this we will not contact your patients. We can send out patient statements on your behalf and we will update your front office or designated employee and inform them of the status of the patient account. If there is information needed from them, we will let you know. We believe all correspondence with your patients should be done by your office.

DO YOU WORK WITH STATE FUNDED INSURANCE PLANS?

Yes! We work with Medicaid, Medicare and supplemental insurance plans. We find submitting claims through the State portals gets you paid faster. We have experience with all insurance and Medicaid portals, how to submit, attach narratives and x-rays, all necessary documentation and what the timely filing limits are. With our expertise and knowledge, your state-funded dental insurance claims will be paid within 2-3 weeks after submission.
